私たちについて
We serve as the Relocation and Settlement Coordinators for Date City and the Nishbury (Nishi-Iburi Area) , Hokkaido, Japan.
The West Iburi ‘Community for Lifelong Activity’ Promotion Council, a collaborative initiative involving three cities and three towns in Hokkaido’s West Iburi region, is dedicated to supporting your relocation and settlement in the area. This initiative provides services free of charge as part of the local government’s efforts to foster community engagement and integration.
Both individuals responsible for assisting new residents are U-turn relocators themselves and now reside in Date City, Hokkaido.

I was born in Muroran, spent my early childhood in New York, and grew up in Date City until I graduated from high school. After university, I started my career with a major player in Japan’s heavy industry. I also attended fashion school and have worked in the tourism industry. I draw from these diverse experiences and am always eager to take on new challenges, especially in and around Date City and the Nishi-Iburi area.

Born in Date City, I spent 15 years in Tokyo and the Kanto region, where I pursued my university studies, earned a master’s degree, and worked at a trading company. In 2015, I made the move back to Date City, which is often referred to as a ‘U-turn relocation’ in Japan.I’m excited to embrace life here with a fresh perspective, contribute to the community I now call home, and help you explore how this wonderful place could be the right choice for your happiness and a fulfilling life.
